When we first has a vision of building a type of accommodation in Nafplion we had specific targets in mind.
We wanted Agroktima Elia to be peaceful and relaxing, out of the town but close enough to make Nafplion easily accessible. Somewhere where guests would be able to unwind, not worry about parking and have all the comforts that make the difference between a good holiday and a great holiday.

We concentrated on what we like as guests, amenities that we consider to be important whilst staying away from home and we set about creating it. Nature is a very important part of relaxing, therefore we preferred the setting for Agroktima Elia to be in natural surroundings without the feeling of being blocked in by other buildings. The clean air of the countryside rejuvenates and the view over the olive groves of the grounds to the Palamidi castle in Nafplion are pleasing to the eye, relaxing and calm the mind.

Next came the building, we have tried to anticipate your every need at Agroktima Elia whether you are travelling alone, as a couple, a group of friends or a family. Therefore we created three different types of accommodation to suit every requirement. Studios for singles and couples, apartments with one bedroom for small families and groups of friends and our maisonette which is great for families that like to be together or larger groups of friends.

Perfect for any occasion

We decorated and furnished our accommodation with neutral colours and good quality furnishings. We wanted to give a simple and high class atmosphere that, we hope, suits every guest's taste. The grounds at Agroktima Elia are for everyone, there are chairs and table dotted about under the shade of the olive trees, sun loungers and the gazebo which is great for those not wanting to sit in the sun. The barbeque is available for whoever would like to use it and to keep the little ones busy we have also added some children's playground toys. Each accommodation has it's own balcony or patio overlooking the grounds.

We have hosted wedding parties, celebrations and small business meetings/seminars and family get-togethers both through the Summer months but also through the Winter. We are able to organise catering and other services on your behalf and also advise on any topic that you would like to organise locally.

The reception and professional, friendly staff are available throughout the day to answer your questions and give advice about the local area excursions all over the Peloponnese, car hire, eating out and anything else you may have questions about in addition to the running of the apartments.

We hope than in opening Agroktima Elia we have managed to create a superior type of accommodation in Nafplion, suitable for all and at reasonable prices. We hope to get the chance to meet you and get your opinion on our vision!
