Standard Reservations

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged
If cancelled or modified up to 24 hours before arrival date, 30% of the total cost will be charged
In case cancellation or modification within 24 hours of arrival or no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged

Payment/Deposit Policy

We are able to accept deposits via bank transfer (please ask for details) or current credit card details. Your credit card will not be charged, except in the instance of cancellation (please see above). The total cost of your stay is payable during your stay with us. Agroktima Elia reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

Children

All children under 2 years old stay free of charge in a baby cot or using existing bedding
Children older than two yrs are charged normally

Cleaning

Maid Service every day - if you do not wish to be disturbed please inform reception the day before
